These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Deductible Defender website at DeductibleDefender.com and our checkout and member account portals (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Deductible Defender

Deductible Defender markets supplemental membership plans that provide reimbursement benefits for qualifying auto and home insurance deductibles. Benefits under these plans are administered by AssurancePlus through cynoSure Financial, Inc., and are underwritten by AM Best A-rated carriers. Deductible Defender is not an insurance company and does not underwrite or issue insurance policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of one of the 50 United States or Washington D.C. to purchase a plan or create an account. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

Access to your member portal requires account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Enrollment and Payment

Plan enrollment is processed through our secure checkout. Payment is collected via Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize Deductible Defender to charge the applicable plan fee. Annual plans renew automatically on your renewal date. You will receive a reminder at least 30 days before renewal. You may cancel at any time before your renewal date to prevent future charges.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your plan within 30 days of your enrollment date for a full refund, provided no claims have been filed. After 30 days, plans are considered fully earned and non-refundable. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@deductibledefender.com or call 888-746-1492.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent claims or information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system
Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law
Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Site

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deductible Defender and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your plan in the prior 12 months.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above or by emailing your registered address. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state in which your plan was purchased.
